Privacy Policy
The Vibe Journal service (“Vibe Journal” or “Service”) is provided by Vibe Solutions Group, Inc. (“VSG” or “Company”) and makes it easy to share content and information with your friends, family and others you may want to provide access. We understand you may not want everyone in the world to have the information you share on your personal Vibe Journal; that is why we give you control of your information in several ways. First, you have the ability to make your personal Vibe Journal either “public” or “private”. If you make your personal Vibe Journal public anyone online can view your journal. If you make your Vibe Journal private then only those individuals you invite may view your personal Vibe Journal. Secondly, you can turn the ability of viewers to “comment” on or off. If comments are left “on” then viewers can make comments on posts in an interactive environment. If comments are turned “off” then viewers cannot comment on your personal Vibe Journal. Lastly, you can invite others to contribute posts or upload media to your personal journal. Through these personal settings you exert control over your personal journal.
Vibe Journal follows the following principles:
1. You should have control over your personal information and over whom contributes to your Journal.
Vibe Journal helps you share information with your friends and people around you. You choose what information you put in your personal Vibe Journal, including but not limited to text, pictures, videos, audio, calendar events, feeds and links. And you control with whom you share that information through the privacy settings. You also can decide who is allowed to contribute posts and upload content or media to your personal Vibe Journal. Members should understand that if they make their personal Vibe Journal “public” then anyone can not only view your personal Vibe Journal, but can also publish comments.
2. You should be able to facilitate community and access information others want to share.
There is an increasing amount of information available out there, and you may want to know what relates to you, your friends, and people around you. We want to help you easily get that information. Vibe Journal enables Linking to other websites, adding RSS feeds from other web sites, utilizing shared calendars, and inviting others to view or contribute content. These can be effective ways to share and get information and create meaningful communities within the Vibe Journal service.
