Thelist of graduates will be posted at 8:30 tomorrow, Thursday, June 19. Fourtickets for graduation will be available during the day on Thursday. Graduatesare encouraged to pick up their tickets during the day. Otherwise, it will takelonger to get extra tickets after the rehearsal.
Thegowns will be available after the rehearsal.
Students are to be in the school and lined up at 7:00 onThursday for the rehearsal.
TheDistrict wants all of the report cards available at the same time which is 9:00am on Friday, June 20
Abouthalf of the grad class has not yet paid their grad fee. The fee covers tworentals of the Trade and Convention, rental of the caps and gowns, music forthe prom and expenses related to the graduation. This is the latest and slowestthat the fees have been collected.
Ticketsfor the graduation will be available on Thursday, June 19 when the grad list isposted. There will be four tickets per graduate during the day on the 19. Idelay the distribution of the tickets until the grad list is posted so allavailable tickets will be available to graduates. Extra tickets will bedistributed after the rehearsal on the 19th. It is highlypreferable and takes less time when the tickets initial tickets are picked upduring the day on Thursday.
Thanksto those students who have paid the fee.
Ticketswill not be distributed until the fee has been paid. Please discuss with me privatelyif the fee represents a financial difficulty.
Rev.Long who was the Pastor at Kennebecasis Baptist Churchpassed away last week. It was Rev. Long who started the Wednesday KD lunch. Therewill be a table set up at around 11:00 am this week to collect donations. Moneycollected will go to the purchase and planting of a tree in his memory.

Alltext books and library books have to be returned. Students must return the bookthat was assigned to them. The best time to do this is when the exam in thatcourse is written. Books should be returned at the end of classes if there isnot an exam to be written. Report cards will not be issued until a student hasreturned all books.
The Rothesay Regional Police Force annualproperty/bicycle auction will be held June 7th.

Join usfor an all night party featuring Food andRefreshments, Live Entertainment,Casino, Silent and Live Auctionsand lots more.
Gradswill be bussed from the Saint John TradeandConvention Centre directly to the Phoenixfollowing graduation.
Saturdaymorning grads will be bussed from the Phoenixtothe Kennebecasis Baptist Churchfor breakfast and can be picked upat 7:00am.
The objectiveis, as always, to provide a safe and funenvironment. Keeping that inmind….
- Grads will be ‘signedin’ at the door and bagswill bechecked.
- No beverages (open orsealed) will be allowed into thevenue. Food and Beverageswill be available all evening.
- Grads leaving the venueduring the evening must be‘signed out’ and will not bepermitted to re-enter.
- The Phoenixis a non-smokingfacility.
Intheevent that a student has to leave during the night, it isstrongly preferredthat a parent pick them up. We do not want tiredstudents or groups of studentsdriving. Please provide a note to begiven to the door supervisor if a parentcan not beavailable.

Thegrad fee is $43.00. The includes the gown rental, rental of the Trade andConvention Centre two times, music for the dance, invitations, programs and allother costs associated with graduation.
Studentsare asked to initial their names when they pay at the office to verify that theirname is spelled correctly.
